01. Acceptance of terms

You may browse the Site, view the portfolio, use the small games, subscribe to the newsletter, and submit service requests. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt, attack, scrape abusively, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

04. Services, requests & engagement

Submitting a service request through the Site is an enquiry, not a binding contract. Any engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing on scope, timeline, and price. Quotes and estimates are indicative until confirmed.

• Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are agreed per project.
• Timelines depend on scope and timely feedback/assets from you.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered work transfers to you on full payment.

05. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, code, branding, and project showcases — belongs to Jeremiah David unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

06. Your content

If you submit content (messages, files, images) you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us permission to use it solely to respond to and fulfil your request. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

07. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload malware or attempt to breach the Site’s security.
• Harvest data or send spam through the Site’s forms.

In the future the Site may also feature affiliate links or ads: where it does, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and such content will be identified in line with applicable disclosure rules.
